It is the 12-24 word backup generated by your crypto wallet. Anyone with those words may be able to access the wallet, so they should stay private and offline.
Does the kit create or store crypto?
No. Your wallet creates your recovery phrase. Zero To Secure helps you make a durable physical backup of it and does not receive, transmit, or store your words.
Will it work with a 12-word or 24-word phrase?
Yes. The recovery plates are designed for standard 12-word and 24-word wallet recovery phrases.
Should I photograph or type my phrase while setting up?

What if I have never used an engraver?
