Return Window

  • Items must be free from damage not caused by our error

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at checkout

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Log into your account and select "Request Return" for your order
  2. Select Items: Choose which items you'd like to return and provide a reason
  3. Print Return Label: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Package & Ship: Securely package items and attach the return label
  5. Track Your Return: You'll receive tracking information once we receive your package

Return Shipping

  • Free Returns: We provide prepaid return labels for all eligible returns

Exchanges

We currently process returns for refund only. To exchange an item, please place a new order for your desired item.

International Returns
