Absolutely not. We ship blank plates and the engraving tool directly to you. You engrave in the privacy of your own home — we never ask for, see, or store your seed phrase at any point.

Yes. The kit is universal and works with any wallet that uses a standard BIP39 seed phrase — including Ledger, Trezor, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and virtually all major wallets, regardless of which cryptocurrencies you hold.

Each kit is designed to store one complete seed phrase (12 or 24 words). For best security, use separate kits for different wallets. If you're backing up the same phrase, one kit with multiple plates can create redundant copies for different locations.

Yes — there is space to record an optional passphrase (sometimes called a "25th word") alongside your main phrase. For maximum security, we recommend storing your passphrase separately from your main seed phrase; the guide covers best practices.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination and service. Tracking is provided when the order leaves our facility.

We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy on unused kits in their original packaging. Because of the security-sensitive nature of the product, opened or engraved items cannot be returned. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost.

Yes — all Zero To Secure™ products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If you ever experience issues with material quality or craftsmanship, we'll replace your product free of charge. The warranty excludes damage from improper use or intentional modification.
